What are the rules of the 75 Hard Challenge?

Every day for 75 days, you’ll need to:

Follow a diet (no cheat meals or alcohol allowed).
Complete two 45-minute workouts, and one must be outside.
Drink a gallon of water.
Read 10 pages of a self-improvement or non-fiction book.
Take a progress photo.

What happens if you miss a task?

If you skip any task—even something small—you have to start over from Day 1. No exceptions! It’s all about commitment.

Are there rest days during the challenge?

Not exactly! You’re doing something every single day, but you can adjust the intensity of your workouts so your body gets what it needs.

What kind of diet should I follow?

That’s up to you! Choose a diet that fits your goals and lifestyle—just no cheat meals or alcohol during the challenge.

What counts as a workout?

Anything that gets you moving! It could be a walk, yoga, lifting weights, or even dancing. At least one of your workouts must be outside—rain, shine, or snow!

Why does one workout have to be outdoors?
