What is the 75 Hard Challenge?

The 75 Hard Challenge is a 75-day program created by Andy Frisella to help you build mental toughness, discipline, and confidence. It’s all about sticking to a set of daily habits with zero compromises!

Every day for 75 days, you’ll need to:

  • Follow a diet (no cheat meals or alcohol allowed).
  • Complete two 45-minute workouts, and one must be outside.
  • Drink a gallon of water.
  • Read 10 pages of a self-improvement or non-fiction book.
  • Take a progress photo.

You can find this on your checklist tab!

If you skip any task—even something small—you have to start over from Day 1. No exceptions! It’s all about commitment.

Not exactly! You’re doing something every single day, but you can adjust the intensity of your workouts so your body gets what it needs.

That’s up to you! Choose a diet that fits your goals and lifestyle—just no cheat meals or alcohol during the challenge.

Anything that gets you moving! It could be a walk, yoga, lifting weights, or even dancing. At least one of your workouts must be outside—rain, shine, or snow!

It’s all about building resilience. Getting outside teaches you to push through discomfort and deal with things you can’t control, like the weather.

It can be intense, so if you’re unsure, it’s a good idea to check with a doctor or fitness professional first. You can scale your efforts, but the challenge does require a lot of dedication.

Pick a non-fiction book that inspires you—think personal development, business, or mindset. It’s all about learning and growing a little every day.

So many! People often say they feel more disciplined, confident, and productive. You’ll likely see improvements in your fitness and mindset, too.

It’s the little things! Forgetting to take a progress photo or underestimating how much time it takes can trip people up. Planning ahead is key.

Definitely! Having a buddy or team can help you stay motivated and hold each other accountable. Just remember, everyone has to do their own work!
